As we looked at various properties, Wayne also remained objective and wasn't shy about delicately reminding us if we strayed from our own criteria or simply asking a question that would get us back on track or highlight something we hadn’t thought of. The properties we were looking at, and the one we ultimately purchased, typically needed some level of refresh or remodel. In addition, it was important for us to be able to do short term rental when we weren't using it. Wayne is very well connected in the greater Park City area when it comes to property managers, designers, contractors, AV professionals, handymen, etc., so he was extremely helpful to us in making referrals and also being available to participate in those meetings if we desired. Additionally, Wayne is an astute real estate investor himself and can help new homeowners on a variety of fronts including, among other things, appealing property tax assessments when assessors overreach. We've now closed on our home and Wayne ensured the entire closing process was seamless. We're very happy with where we ended up and the price/value that we were able to achieve by working closely with Wayne. In short, Wayne's communication and service level was impeccable throughout; even through a few minor speed bumps outside of his control. My wife and I have purchased and sold many homes in several geographies and we both agree that Wayne is the best agent we've run across – he’s a complete package. Lastly, Wayne is just a great and very likable guy -- now a friend. As an example, we purchased a car for this home in Texas and I drove it to Utah.
