About Talon Flinders

Born and raised in Park City, Talon graduated from Park City High School with a deep connection to the community and outdoor lifestyle that defines it. Growing up surrounded by friends and family in real estate gave him early exposure to the industry and sparked his passion for connecting people with the right home.

Currently studying finance at the University of Utah, Talon brings a disciplined, analytical approach to every transaction, pairing local insight with clear communication and strong negotiation skills to help clients make informed and confident decisions in the Park City and Deer Valley real estate market.

Talon joined Engel & Völkers Park City to be part of what he considers the strongest team of luxury real estate advisors in Park City. Through the Engel & Völkers brand, he is able to offer clients global marketing exposure, elevated service, and access to one of the premier luxury real estate networks in the world while still delivering the local expertise that only a Park City native can provide.

In addition to real estate sales, Talon has developed experience as a property tax advocate, assisting homeowners with valuation analysis and property tax appeals in Summit County and Wasatch County, including experience with Utah State Tax Commission secondary appeals. His work focuses on market-based valuation strategies, comparable sales analysis, and helping property owners navigate the appeal process with a data-driven approach.

Outside of work, Talon enjoys hiking and embracing the mountain lifestyle that drew him to the industry. Years of competitive soccer helped shape his discipline, teamwork, and work ethic — qualities he now brings to every client relationship. Guided by experienced mentors, Talon delivers a professional, relationship-driven approach to real estate while collaborating closely with advisors and clients throughout the Park City region.
